Service Description

Join me for a unique and engaging walk to discover locations with links to major historic events and personalities immortalised in some famous nursery rhymes. You may be shocked to learn that your favourite childhood rhymes have rather sinister backstories involving the plague, medieval taxes, religious persecution, and prostitution, to name but a few. We will be in the City of Westminster for the first half of the tour before taking a scenic bus journey (alternately a tube ride) eastwards into the City of London for the second half. Each participant should please bring an Oyster or contactless card for a single journey in Zone 1.
