I made the trek out to the far side of the Queen Elizabeth Park, in the area called East Wick, to see the recently opened V&A East Storehouse. The David Bowie Centre, with some 90,000 items in its collection, was the section I was primarily drawn to, but I also had a look at some of the interior of the now-demolished East London social housing project Robin Hood Gardens as well as at vintage toys, furniture, historic clothing, architectural elements, theatre costumes and memorabilia, and every imaginable craft and skill application. It's free to enter, although tickets can be reserved for specific exhibits (such as David Bowie) and it's arranged in a very unique way and includes design elements such as metal grating and clear glass floors, is not ideal for those with a fear of heights. You can find more specific information and details at their website here: https://www.vam.ac.uk/articles/about-va-east-storehouse?srsltid=AfmBOorj9_YLco8GpbG_aFaYOfyvxnLH6PCtHN9Bi0XkjrzTnGBOroDu
